Being a human, you encounter so many myths about travel, especially when you are traveling for some occasion. Christmas season is on so all the myths are also alive as well!
WHETHER you will fly home for Christmas, New Year, thanksgiving, or even simply leaving on vacation, there are many supposed myths about going right now of the year that could cost you cash. Destita has researched a lot from its millions of customers and have come up with following conclusions
Most stupid and common myths you encounter this winter would be as follow
1. Prices for flights are highest in July and December and lowest in November
This is not true at all. We have seen many high prices of flights this November and December proved much good for fliers!
2. If the Christmas is on Sunday, you must book a hotel on Wednesday or before
I don’t know the concept of this myth seriously. People usually think last minutes booking would cost them. In actual, it is totally wrong. I always do booking on last minute by the services of destita.com and always get 5-10% discount on average
This is because people have already booked and the hotel's management get no customers after so they offer many discounts to fill the rooms on last minutes
3. Europe is so expensive in winters
Yeah, this is true to some extent. Again I am saying – to some extent. This is because too many visitors and travelers come to celebrate New Year eve and Christmas in European countries so prices of things start talking to the sky!
But on the end of January, the prices come down to even double or triple. So, you can enjoy whole December and can come back at end of January or start of Feb.
ENJOY THE FREEDOM!
